My experience with graphic design reaches back over a decade. In 2012 I moved on to user interfaces and user experience as my main field of focus and been continuously doing it since. I have been designing software for fintech, marine, mobile, semiconductor, IoT, automotive and aviation sectors, working with companies all over the world. Aside from delivering designs, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and development support I also do expert UI/UX reviews of existing products as an impartial consultant. Marine Radar Interface

The revolutionary Pathfinder marine radar system is built on Raymarine’s award-winning radar technology and is designed for type-approved CAT 1, CAT 2 and CAT 3 SOLAS vessels. It's design was recognised during Metstrade 2024 DAME awards ceremony. The product was designed in 2 years in Figma.

VHF radio touch interface

SAILOR 7222 VHF DSC Class A is the most advanced SAILOR touch-operated radio. Highly regulated requirements took me 8 months to break down and design in Adobe XD

Car digital instrument cluster

Part of an artificial depth effect in information clusters using the parallax effect research. Concept to fully rendered animations took 4 weeks with three iteration loops. Made in After Effects and Photoshop.

Web - Currency exchange platform

Scope of work included user on-boarding, first time tutorials, customer platform with different user permissions and user contact / mailing architecture and design. 3 weeks of on-site workshop in Barcelona, followed by 3 months of implementation support.

Dental practice patient's mobile app

Remote project in the USA. Top to bottom user journey diagrams, user interface design and information architecture. Two weeks from start to finish.

Marine traffic management tool interface

8 months engagement starting with a 7 days on-site workshop followed by weekly dial-ins. There were no diagrams and documentation created. Work was done in close cooperation with developers, daily contact and sharing prototypes

Motorcycle service and machine management tool

UX expert review revealed some issues with an existing product. Scope of work included reskinning the UI and user experience improvements. 4 weeks including on-site requirements and research gathering.

Advanced weather app. Part of S&R Heli-Crew utility product

Collaboration between several government agencies. On-site research with helicopter pilots and rescue squad leaders. User interface design and full user journey documentation created. Product was not developed due to lost of funding.

NASA design challenge competition: smartwatch app for ISS residents. See more.

Official competition held by NASA. The project was one of 7 (out of 237 entries) that was rated 5/5 by NASA. Also took third place in download popularity. One week research and two weeks design execution.

Differential Power Analysis desktop app interface redesign for Rambus.

3 week workshop in San Francisco followed up by a year of weekly dial-ins. Ongoing project with new functionalities added each quarter.

Toshiba hub4 - Connected Home app for Android

Remote project. The product is live and new functionalities are being added monthly. User Interface design and User Experience consultations are my main focus here.

Worldpay Smart City Parking app for Android

Concept app for Worldpay. The app was part of an effort to provide Worldpay with a solution to their IoT/Payments services expansion.
