I’m Wojciech Mazur. I design interfaces for the places where software meets the real world — from a ship’s bridge to a semiconductor lab.

Differential power analysis
A request for a UI became a broader piece of work: understanding the technology, making test setup visible, and rethinking how people learn to use the product.

3D Port Management Tool
A vessel traffic management interface shaped through an on-site workshop and close work with developers. Prototypes kept conversations grounded in what operators would actually see and use.

Financial Software
Web-based multi-currency payments platform
Onboarding, first-use guidance and permissions for a currency exchange platform. The work connected interface design with the messages customers receive along the way, from workshops in Barcelona through implementation support.

7222 VHF DSC Class A
A touch interface for a VHF DSC Class A radio, translating detailed regulatory requirements into an organized interaction model.

Smartwatch design challenge
A competition proposal for a smartwatch interface: schedules, timers, alerts and the unusual rhythm of day and night in orbit.

The interface is one part of the work. Understanding what sits behind it is where I start.
Talk to the people who use, build and support the product. Read the documentation. Understand the constraints before proposing changes.
Use workflows and prototypes to test assumptions, explore alternatives and give the team something concrete to discuss.
Work alongside engineering as the design becomes software. Review implementation, resolve edge cases and adjust to what we learn.
I’m an independent UX/UI designer and product design consultant. I’ve focused on interfaces and user experience since 2012, following earlier work in graphic and editorial design.
My experience spans marine systems, financial software, automotive interfaces, connected devices and semiconductor research. Alongside my independent practice, I work as a UI/UX consultant at Mobica.
I work with product and engineering teams through research, interaction design, prototyping and implementation. I also review existing products as an outside consultant.
An education in traditional arts, with a focus on illustration, still informs how I look at composition, detail and the value of leaving things out.
Find me on LinkedInAt art school I studied form, function and composition. I see the same care in Edo-period woodblock prints: simplicity, meaning and aesthetics, with unnecessary noise removed.
Those values guide my UI work and information architecture: keep what matters, and make it clear and useful.
